Best Value Open Water Class

This allows new divers a chance to experience several diving situations. You will do your open water dives off the beach, and also off a boat. The dives will consist of 2 - 3 lake or beach dives and 2 boat dives . We try to use the beach when ever possible, however at times the weather forces us to use the lake. There will be 2 to 3 dives done local at the lake or beach. 2 boat dives, also local in the Gulf of Mexico.

This class includes the following: Use of BCD, Use of regulator System, Use of Tanks and air fills, 3 - 4 classroom sessions including your introduction class, 1 - 2 pool sessions, 4 to 5 open water dives over a period of at least two days, Open water diver manual and dive table/planner and DVD or Video. Students may rent a wet suit at 1/2 price during class.

Each student must supply the following: Mask, Snorkel, Fins (and boots if needed), Weight belt, Eight pounds of soft weights, and a log book for logging dives.
